From eBay:
This is an auction for a waterline 1:1250 scale metal model of the famous 1967 British passenger liner RMS Queen Elizabeth 2 (70,327 tons, 963' long), of the Cunard Line.
The manufacturer is Mercator, catalog number M921.
The model depicts the QE2 as she appeared in 1982 after her refit and return from the Falklands War, with the traditional Cunard red funnel.
The model is a little under 9 inches in length.
This model is in perfect condition, I'd describe it as mint or excellent, with no obvious missing pieces or bent masts.
There is no dust accumulation whatsoever, as it was only displayed under glass.
Please note that the model does not come in the original box.
Instead, it is securely packed in a sturdy cardboard box, affixed with double-sided tape and thread, and will be sealed in a second box with ample cushioning at the conclusion of the auction.
